STB Divisione Winter has a fully equipped machine shop for all types of stainless steel metalworking: its technically skilled and specialised staff is able to develop any type of product to suit client needs, offering a service starting from the product’s careful design, right through to its construction and efficient delivery.
The aim of STB Divisione Winter has forever been to produce high-quality final products that satisfy client needs and offer long-lasting reliability, all at a reasonable cost.
The materials normally used are 304 stainless steel, always available in a thickness from 0.5 mm to 8 mm, or alternatively AISI 316 stainless steel. On request, we also work with copper.
Welds are made using the TIG technique with a shielding gas in order to produce high-quality and long-lasting products.
The material used is AISI 304 stainless steel, or AISI 316 on request, and their thickness starts from 0.6 mm.
Dual chamber modules are insulated with mineral wool cupolas with a thickness of 25 mm, covered in stainless steel or alternatively in copper.

The tank is supplied complete with stainless steel threaded manifolds and cover. On request, we also produce 20 mm products for the outside in expanded rubber, covered in response to client needs in either aluminium or AISI 304 stainless steel.

On request, we also supply manifolds pre-insulated with expanded rubber in the desired thickness and complete with aluminium covering.

Flue pipes, tubes and fittings
Flue pipes designed and manufactured by STB Divisione Winter are composed of either standard elements made-to-measure in any form (round, rectangular, oval etc.) based on client requests, or in order to meet specific requirements.The material used is AISI 304 stainless steel, or AISI 316 on request, and their thickness starts from 0.6 mm.

Doors and enclosures
Doors and enclosures produced by STB Divisione Winter are made completely in AISI 304 stainless steel and are used as enclosures for boilers, gas meters, water meters and for outdoor water heaters. All our doors are supplied complete with lock.On request, we also produce watertight products.
Manifolds
STB Divisione Winter produces customised stainless steel manifolds in line with client requests. All our manifolds can be supplied with threaded connectors or free flange couplings to allow easy installationOn request, we also supply manifolds pre-insulated with expanded rubber in the desired thickness and complete with aluminium covering.
